My name is Chris Semple and I have grown up here on Nth Stradbroke Island. I started surfing and being involved with the ocean at a very young age.

I have been involved in the Point Lookout Boardriders Club for many years, quite a few as President and more recently started Stand Up Paddling which has become somewhat of an addiction. I quite often see the sun rising while my friends and I paddle in some of the calmest, glassiest conditions you will ever witness and not only does it put a smile on your face but it can be a great workout depending on home much effort you feel like putting in.

My instructors and I are fully certified and hold current senior first aid and surf rescue certificates not to mention the decades of knowledge about he ocean and this beautiful island we call home.
